Expanding market beyond products

Proteam, one of the Indonesia’s best-known ball products, was looking for new sources of growth. They hoped to build upon their success to become the producer of three big sports; which are basketball, football and volleyball. The conventional strategy would have been to move on selling sports equipment. 

The plan we developed for Proteam was based on the insight that we researches using third party to identify the clear path in order to develop onto the ball products itself as well as new opportunity such as full collection of sports equipment. We identified an opportunity that was as simple as it was ambitious: having a vision to help kids, teenagers and amateurs work out better, they manufacture high quality products at reasonable prices.

Launched in 2021, the sharpening Proteam identity took the industry by storm by transforming complete sports equipment into a means for epitomizing an attitude and serving as a platform for supporting amateurs to exercise better, we are helping Proteam to further communicate those goals.

Proteam’s transformation went through various touchpoints: sports products, the fashion and lifestyle apparel collections, and products for fans as well.

Collaborate with Proteam, we recently launched the unique brand core idea “Greatness is Everyone’, with hoping that sportsmanship and discipline are mental that must be keep whoever we are and wherever we are, be it in the office, home, school, etc. It guides the way the brand expresses itself in order to be both engaging and relevant for professional and amateur players.
