AER is Indonesia’s one of the big players in the fitting and sanitary industry, with dozens of new items created every year. For more than two decades, AER has been active and wants to have a desire to raise it’s brand status. AER team asked us to partner in the development of a brand that would reinforce the impact on their image as well as it’s communication. As a foundation for the new brand, we developed three characteristics which would inform the way AER brand image looks, speaks and acts: Sincere, Innovative and Quality.

In parallel with our brand identity work, we developed many new and creative concepts to upraise AER online and offline experience for their consumers. In collaboration with the AER design team, we construct many brand guidelines to further enhance the brand. Such guidelines that we design are identity, environmental, social media, packaging and other touchpoints.

Our kickoff releases at IBT Trade Show in Jakarta discover AER’s hidden potential, innovation design and technology along with commitment to long lasting usage. Our brand story articulates AER belief that everyone deserves ‘the best sanitary ware items’. Encompassing this, the story captures AER vision to be a leading fitting and sanitary ware in Indonesia by improving the life of customer. All this is infused into a simple phrase that directs the rest of our work: ‘Quality of Life’.

We provide the best experience for AER customers by creating AER Experience Center in Pakuwon Mall 3 in the city of Surabaya. There, people can feel directly on how the brand really stands for and how good the products are. We develop the brand environment to match with AER’s brand identity visual image as well as the look and feel from the entrance to exit point. Leaving an impressive and long lasting for customers who visit AER Experience Center surely is the main important goal for us.
